The Organisation
Our client is a high profile organisation with a head office based in the Adelaide CBD. With a diverse portfolio spread across metropolitan and regional SA they are looking to add additional resources to their property team to keep the portfolio humming!

About the role
We are looking for an experienced commercial property manager who has a great understanding of commercial leases and the ability juggle day-to-day minor maintenance issues. Key duties will include:
  • Managing lease renewals for corporate facilities
  • Reviewing invoices and charges
  • Organising minor maintenance and capital works
  • Working through accommodation needs of internal clients
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
You have experience working in the private sector, not-for-profit sector or come from a government background. Either way you will be an experienced commercial property manager with the ability to learn quickly and take on new projects or tasks confidently.

A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, and strong written and verbal skills are essential. You will also need a current drivers licence and be willing to undertake a police clearance.

Offered as a temp assignment initially, there is potential for this role to continue on a longer term contract basis in the future.
