About the Company:
Boutique’s client is an Australian Financial Services company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
They are a reputable organisation that cover Foreign Exchange, Futures, Equities, Managed Funds, and more to all types of clients.

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for providing operational support to the team in the Sydney CBD office, however due to the current situations you will be on-boarded and working from home

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with external clients in Mandarin
  • Daily profit and loss calculations for desks/clients (advanced Excel required)
  • Weekly IB rebate payments completed and sent out
  • Dealing with cash operations such as receipt and payments
  • Filing of documents in an organised manner (auditor standards)
  • Other operational tasks as advised and required
  • Administrative tasks to ensure compliance regulations are met
  • Raising any issues/errors with management in timely manner
  • Assistance with new projects and new initiatives
About You:
  • Experience working within Financial services in Operational department is highly desirable
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in using Excel
  • Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills, including effective time management
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholder of various levels
