About the Company:
Boutique’s client is a High Net Worth Individual requiring 2-3 days Executive level support in their office in Double Bay. Work in this home office, with a very private, yet successful Individual.  

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a self-starter who is a natural problem solver. This role is responsible for providing high quality administrative support, with the perfect mix of both professional and person responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management – reviewing and actioning emails for multiple inboxes
  • Organising of travel arrangements for both personal and work related travel
  • Scheduling and organising meetings with client
  • Preparing papers for all meetings
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and office are always left presentable
  • Reconciling/processing expenses and transactions – bookkeeping, advanced excel would be high regarded 
  • First point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
  • Acting as gatekeeper for incoming calls
  • Office Management duties
About You:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA/EA role, preferably in Financial services, or within a personal HNW space
  • Accounting or similar degree will be highly regarded
  • Working in a home office is also high advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail , excellent eye for numbers
  • High level administrative experience gained in an executive office environment
  • Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills, including effective time management
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholder of various levels
