Boutique currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner. This role will be part of the executive team within the business covering all facets of HR including talent management, employee engagement, WHS, people & culture and learning and development

About the Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a unique opportunity to utilize your diverse skills across Human Resources in a newly created role within the organisation. This truly is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make this role there own and take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work with Managers, address, manage and facilitate all employee relations, demands, grievances and or any other issues
  • Provide leadership in all HR matters and ensure they are cost-effective and aligned to the strategic and business plans
  • With Governance, manage the implementation and review of HR policies
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on internal HR policies and procedure such as performance probation meetings and maternity leave in line with Australian Employment Law.
  • Responsible for the management of end to end talent acquisition including liaising with managers around talent needs, advising them of procedure, market salary rates and job descriptions.
  • Conducting interviews for different levels of seniority within the business.
  • Work with managers and individuals to develop training strategies and programs that create a personal and professional development environment.
  • Ensure the health and safety of people visiting or working who are not employees by not exposing them to risk.
  • Comply with corporate and legal health and safety requirements.
  • Support, coach and work collaboratively with the team members on commerciality and industry relevant practice;
  • Accomplish people management objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning and delivering compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
About You:
  • 5+ years in a similar role or as a HR Manager / Generalist.
  • Previous experience working within the Tech industry would be a bonus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Excellent at time management and prioritizing;
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to proactively identify critical business issues and problem solve;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Be Reliable, flexible and adaptable
  • Payroll skills are desired but not essential
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and commercially
