We have an exciting opportunity available as an Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne.  With recently experience working in retail tenancy delivery you will be looking to transition into a Junior Project Management role, starting on a retail/mixed-use project.

Working under a strong management team and with excellent mentors within the business your role will quickly develop.  You will be liaising, delivering and managing the client, managing internal and external direct reports, working with the client in design management, sub consultants, head contractor, ensuring all is delivered to the exceptional standards that APP is recognised for across Australia.

  • A tertiary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Building, Planning, Project Management, Construction Management or Property Development.
  • 12 - 18 months experience in retail tenancy delivery with the desire to progress into Project Management and ambitions to grow in the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude 
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to manage and maintain excellent client relationships
