The Role: 
In this role you will oversee the day to day management of this busy law firm’s reception desk, greeting guests and clients, and managing a busy switchboard. This ole is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of permanency. This role will see you as the true face of the company as you welcome a high number of important clients and guests. 
  • Screen incoming calls and direct them as needed
  • Manage the offices general enquires email inbox
  • Some general administration work
  • Assistant members of the business services team
  • Overseeing the running of the meeting rooms
You will need previous experience in a busy corporate reception with a busy switchboard. You will need to immaculately presented with great customer service and phone manner. Microsoft office knowledge is essential for this role. Previous experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
