Be part of a leading global manufacturer as a Spare Parts Coordinator. This opportunity is ideally for someone who has had a few years experience within parts coordination. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression.

This company is based in Sydney' South West and are looking for an fast paced and motivated individual who can shine within their spare parts department.

Roles and responsibilities of this Spare Parts Coordinator include:
  • Maintain stock, parts and inventory information
  • Provide quotes to customers/clients, process orders for parts
  • Maintain client/customer relationships
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors
  • Create invoices, shipment slips and track shipments
  • Adhere to KPIs
  • Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties
To be considered for this role, you MUST posses the following:
  • Previous experience within a spare parts position (min 1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be positive-minded, with vibrant attitude!
