ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ROLE
Our client is a large Government Agency with a health focus. Our client is looking for an experienced Client services officer to coordinate medical examinations with various providers. This role will see you interpret and provide timely and quality medical information supporting decisions of the Medical Assessment Panel.
  
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate medical examinations
  • Using screening providers to meet the needs of our clients and case managers
  • Liaise with local councils and business chambers to locate and suitable facilities for screening
  • Ensure customers receive the right information
  • Obtain medical information and records in accordance with the privacy and freedom of information procedures
  • Maintain up to date information
  • Verify invoices for payment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Previous exposure in a medical environment
  • Experience in a similar role in Client Services
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Deliver and drive results in the team
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
