ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for an experienced Manager to run our After-Hours Division. This role will see you manage the growing After-Hours team ensuring the day to day tasks and inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.  Ideally you will come from a high volume call centre, where you have been responsible for a team engaging in scheduling activities.
  
Duties will include - 
  • Providing support and expertise to a growing team of 10
  • Create and manage team rosters
  • Ensuring complaints and requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Training new staff members
  • Assisting the team with allocations during busy periods
  
To be successful you will possess the following skills and experience - 
  • Management of staff in a fast paced environment
  • Blue collar recruitment experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure while experiencing conflicting priorities
  • Availability 3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday with the ability to take urgent calls to support the team across the weekend
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate word and excel capabilities
