Report to the State Manager | SAP experience required

The Position:
Reporting directly to the State Manager, your main responsibilities will be providing excellent customer service, accurate administration, solving problems to retain customers and improve efficiency. You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
  • Managing daily receivables, sales, accounts, and payments in the market and to ensure that both cash and stock balance.
  • Keeping track of all accounts to ensure they remain within operating guidelines.
  • Assisting with any preparation of weekly profit and loss reports
  • Data entry of invoices and receivables
  • Stock reconciliation
  • Liaising with and assisting sales team and customers
The Candidate:
  • Extensive experience using SAP software
  • Good understanding of Microsoft ‘Office Suite’ of programs.
  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to plan and organise own work, self-sufficient.
  • Fresh produce industry knowledge is an advantage but not a necessity
