A rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join the team in the Sydney Office, the successful candidate will report direct to the Service Support Manager.
The main objectives of the role are to ensure a high level of customer service whilst ensuring that all service, returns and repairs are co-ordinated with internal and external stakeholders in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
- Monitoring and processing the Service e-mail box with up to 60 new emails per day received
- Answering customers' service telephone enquiries around 20 per day
- Organising returns and processing return authorities
- Recommending service agents in regions outside of Sydney
- Allocating jobs to service techs internally
- Arrange replacement goods for warranty items
- Provide service reports to manufacturers
- Organise freight back to manufacturers for returned faulty items
- Adhere to SLAs which sit around 2 weeks turnaround
- Providing general reporting and administrative assistance
- High level of proven customer service skills, demonstrated experience in a similar role of 2 years or more
- General problem solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Able to self manage as well as work within a team environment, must be a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience with Pronto/integrated systems desirable but not essential
- General office hours are 8.45am – 5.00pm
