- Customer Service within the showroom and in the office, answering enquiries
- Processing orders and providing quotes
- Following up on existing and potential customer orders and enquiries
- Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers on stock levels and delivery
- Ensuring your product knowledge is current and up to date
- Picking orders for customers
- Assisting in the Yard; pick/pack and loading and unloading trucks/vans
- Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Good Computer skills
- Have great communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Timber knowledge and Forklift licence highly desired
This is a permanent role based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Hours are 7:30am - 5.00pm with an 11 day fortnight but NO Sundays required, with overtime available.
