Our client is a well known hardware distributor who have been in the business for over 50 years.  They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their Timber team.

Key Duties
  • Customer Service within the showroom and in the office, answering enquiries 
  • Processing orders and providing quotes
  • Following up on existing and potential customer orders and enquiries
  • Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers on stock levels and delivery
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is current and up to date
  • Picking orders for customers 
  • Assisting in the Yard; pick/pack and loading and unloading trucks/vans
To be the successful applicant you must:-
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience
  • Good Computer skills
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be a strong team player
  • Timber knowledge and Forklift licence highly desired 

This is a permanent role based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Hours are 7:30am - 5.00pm  with an 11 day fortnight but NO Sundays required, with overtime available.
