Our client is a family business established over 20 years' ago and are the leaders in their field.   

Their clients are varied and include home owners, hotels, facility managers, builders and contractors and their core business is providing a repair service and renovations for bathrooms.
 
What's the role?
Due to increased business demands, there is a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator or Customer Service Officer, to join the team on a permanent basis. This role involves scheduling jobs for technicians who are out on the road daily basis.
 
The role:
  • Receive sales calls, providing quotes to convert to jobs
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Follow up on customer queries (internal and external) ensuring appropriate actions are taken
  • Monitoring scheduled daily activities and communicating any changes
  • Use Google maps to schedule call-outs/technicians to appropriate locations allowing sufficient timing
  • Responsible for putting together job sheets for technicians and issuing a job list/schedule
  • Ensuring database is accurate
  • Providing effective administrative activities to meet businesses and client requirements
You will :
  • Be an excellent multi-tasker
  • Have a great eye for detail
  • Good telephone manner 
  • Sound knowledge of Sydney and it's suburbs
  • Familiar with google maps/locations to schedule jobs
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritise and multi-task in a high pressure environment
  • Accurate & efficient alpha numeric data entry (preferably touch typing)
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
