Based at Mt. Thorley (Singleton), our Client is seeking a confident individual available to work a minimum of 9am to 3pm, Tuesday to Thursday.  You will ideally have the following sort of experience:
  • General Administration
  • Invoicing
  • Data Entry
  • MS Office Suite of programs & Xero   
You will bring forward strong communication skills by way of an excellent telephone manner, a willingness to learn and gain knowledge about the business, strong organisational skills including the capacity to multi-task.
  • A minimum of two years experience in Administration
  • Intermediate computer skills including experience in XERO
  • Confident communication skills
  • Current Drivers license and transport 
There is an opportunity to gain a formal qualification in Certificate III or IV in Business as part of this role, therefore candidates with this desire are encouraged to apply.
