Recruit Personnel are a professional Recruitment Agency who works across a variety of industries in supporting Clients and Candidates alike.  A new exciting role is currently available within Real Estate! 

Our Client offers the full range of sales and property management services  across residential properties in the Maitland area. Maitland is recognised as a dynamic and growing city situated at the junction of major transport routes in the Lower Hunter, the demand for Real Estate continues to evolve at a strong  pace. 

This role will see you working within a successful sales team where you will be involved in the full sales process for established and new homes as well as acreages across the Lower Hunter. 

You will be an outgoing person with a strong team focus capable of building on existing networks and willing to work hard to develop a client base. This role include marketing, building a client base, winning new listings, supporting clients and vendors through the sales process. You need to have strong communication and negotiation skills and present well to make a great first impression.  

Essential experience:
  • Prior Real Estate Sales experience - a definite advantage
  • A current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Capacity to work within a team environment
  • A professional image and confident communication skills
