The role:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In a Sales Support role, you will work closely with a team of Account Managers and assist in the day-to-day running of key accounts.
Your day-to-day will include: 
  • Preparing estimates and purchase orders
  • Assistance with writing department briefs
  • Liaising with creative and production teams, external suppliers and clients
  • Trafficking work through the different creative departments
  • Closing and invoicing projects
  • Management and maintenance of contact databases
  • Assistance with the production of marketing materials
  • Inventory and dispatch
About you:
To succeed in this role you’ll need well-developed administrative and computer skills, as well as keen attention to detail. Great interpersonal skills will mean you thrive in a team environment and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our clients. An excellent communicator, you will understand and communicate instructions clearly and accurately. Knowledge of print production would be an advantage, but not essential as we will give you all the training you need. A valid NSW driver’s licence is required in this role.
