Redpath Partners are working with one of Melbourne's most respected, property development groups who maintain a focus on Industrial and Logistics real estate. The group has a number of key, strategically positioned, industrial-zoned land holdings that they are now looking to develop in to business park estates.
A Project Manager role has arisen within the Melbourne business to take the lead on a number of industrial projects across the state in what is a growing team, dedicated to this thriving asset class. 

Key responsibilities for the role will include:
  • Have Tertiary Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property or similar
  • Contractor and/or client-side background, with exposure to industrial or logistics projects a must
  • A strong understanding of the development process and VIC legislation
  • A proven record for delivering a successful predetermined outcome, on budget and within a tight timeframe
  • Ability to quickly grasp the complexities and challenges of the role
  • Drive, and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the project are smoothly managed, and that it is efficiently delivered
  • Ability to manage multiple external relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
The successful candidate must have 5+ years’ experience in project management in the property and construction sector - ideally industrial/logistics related. You must be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and display leadership qualities in what is a growing business unit.
