  • Role would suit with DM with circa 5 years project experience
One of Australia's most dynamic property groups are working with Redpath Partners to identify a new development professional to join the business and take the lead on at least one, brand new, exciting mixed-use development.
The business has grown it's pipeline in the last 24 months, which builds on an already impressive portfolio of completed projects. 

The group have development interests in a number of Australia's fastest growing states - including Queensland and their pipeline covers a range of different projects - across land and built form.

This Brisbane based opportunity is a Development Manager role to assist in driving a brand new mixed use built form project which is in it's early phases.
This role will be responsible for the full development life cycle from post acquisition stage, through development, design and delivery.

You will form part of a growing business unit and that will present further opportunities as you progress.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Highest and best use assessment on each development opportunity in line with company strategy and business plan
  • Procurement of consultant teams
  • Management of Joint Venture partners
  • Project reporting back to the board and investment committee
  • Internal and external stakeholder management; Planning consultants, architects, engineers etc
  • Lead complex site re-zoning processes
  • Lead design management process

Our client is looking to speak with talent who have at least five years experience within project development/delivery. In relation to asset class, exposure; both commercial office and residential projects will be looked upon favorably.
