The Company: 
Our client is a international banking and financial services institution in Sydney and one of the worlds top 10 banks by total assets.  They are a leading provider of various funding solutions within the Australian Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry.

The Role:
This position will have broad coverage across a range of funding solutions to both international and domestic investors and developers covering all areas of the commercial and residential sectors. 

Role coverage will include assistance on transaction risk analysis, modelling, business line and credit submissions, structuring and execution of transactions (such as due diligence), research, portfolio / risk management functions and financial & management reporting and budgets.

The Candidate:
In order to be considered for this opportunity the successful applicant will have 2 years+ experience within transactional banking (within Real Estate is advantageous but those from a relevant background such as Project Finance or Infrastructure will be considered). 

Those without banking experience working in CRE as a Valuer, Consultant or Property Analyst wishing to move into Property finance, will also be considered.
