Redpath Partners are assisting arguably, the market's leading property tech company. Despite the impact on the market of the COVID-19 pandemic, this group have capitalised on the importance of technology in property sales and marketing and as such, are experiencing rapid growth.

With the business having been launched little over three years ago, the group have already won industry awards for best prop-tech company and their software is a content rich sales presentation designed for developers, agents and buyers. As part of their offering, they provide immersive technologies which include 3D Walk throughs and interactive display suite experiences.
The business has a constant commitment to continually explore and streamline their software to make it the best in the market and the group have expansion plans in to the U.S and Asia.

The business are keen to identify a Mid-Senior Project coordinator who will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of client's requests - utlising internal and external resources, as well as project management systems. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Scheduling of tasks and resources
  • Monitor working hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Update all stakeholders on any material project changes.
  • Creation and maintenance of scoping documents
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes
The Successful candidate must have a good understanding and passion for the off the plan property industry. You must have strong communication and organisaitonal skills and be technically savvy. 

Other requirements:
  • Asana software experience (or equivalent)
  • Resource and timeline management skills
  • Understanding technical project plans and change requests to drive delivery
  • Analytic, metrics-driven leadership
