Redpath Partners are currently representing one of the largest and most successful real estate developers in Hong Kong. They currently searching for a high calibre candidate to join their project team working across high profile development projects in Hong Kong.

You will lead a team of project level staff to oversee the management and delivery of large scale residential/ mixed used projects. You will contribute to the successful outcome of the works by ensuring that all design and planning, government approvals, program scheduling and budgeting are in place.

REQUIREMENT

Degree in architecture, surveying, engineering or related discipline
At least 12 years’ experience in project management with exposure to residential, commercial or hospitality new build projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Region
Membership to an accredited institution is essential (e.g. HKIA, RIBA, HKIS, RICS, HKIE)
Extensive knowledge of local regulations and requirements;
Excellent relationship building, team management, presentation and communication skills;
Fluency in English and Cantonese.
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager
