My client is looking for a strong administrator to manage the requirements within the Sales & Customer Service Divisions

  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches
  • minimum 3 years experience within an administration environment

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Sales & Customer Service administrator is responsible for:
  • Oversee the functions of 2 direct reports
  • Administration across Sales, Operations & Warehouse
  • Calling new and existing clients to promote sales
  • All telephonic inquiries
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Customer management
  • Warehousing and distribution activities
  • Delivering on KPI’s around customer management, SLA’s, logistics and inventory.
