Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Personal Assistant. This position is located in their busy Aldavilla office for a 3 month contract (backfill role).

Duties
  • Collecting and dispersing information as directed for use
  • Processing monies
  • Logistics coordination
  • Meeting coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements/Skills

  • Must have prior administration experience  
  • Must have a clean record and ability to pass a police check  
  • Government experience is preferred
