About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Administration Assistant. This position is located in their busy Windsor office for an initial 3 month contract.

Duties/Requirements/Skills
  • Provide administrative, switchboard and reception services 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and EDRMS (TRIM)
  • Manage customer complaints and client matters
  • Assist with data entry, word processing and record keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Must have a drivers licence
