Due to continued growth and expansion our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their small successful team based out their Eastern suburbs location. We are seeking a self driven individual who can make the role their own while bringing across their industry knowledge. Ideally  we would like someone that knows their nuts from their bolts and everything in between. However the business is prepared to train the right person to become a fully knowledgeable and capable team operator.
You will be given all the tools of the trade in order to succeed however we are seeking a self starter that's able to pick up the phone, has a good understanding of current industry trends and requirements and is able to liaise with various departments on a daily basis.
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial products with the view to also expand their construction and fasteners business due to their recent expansion. They are seeking someone who wants to grow, develop and be a vital part of their team.
  • Client sales calls, existing and new markets
  • Taking incoming sales inquiries and action in a timely manner
  • Account management
  • Assist clients with their queries and provide solutions
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Take charge of sales transactions
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships
  • Ability to liaise with various departments and offer solutions
  • Support Business Development Managers with their quotations, appointment setting and requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Integrity, honesty & a passion for service
  • Self-motivation and positive disposition
  • Sound written, verbal and numeracy skills
  • Moderate computer skills with previous Database/CRM experience a benefit
  • Ability to talk to people from the ground floor to senior management
