About This Position
Our clients have tried to remove all the tedious parts of property management, so the majority of admin related tasks are completed by the support team and cloud-based systems to make everything a lot easier. Managing your own portfolio of 100 properties in and around Hawthorn, Prahran, St Kilda and Surrey Hills, you will have virtually no leasing, routine inspections, or Saturdays! There will also be scope to move to a Senior Property Manager (with support) once the portfolio grows. Your duties will include:
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Rent arrears
  • Lease & rent reviews
  • Some OFIs
  • Leases and condition reports
  • Maintenance
  • Attend any VCAT matters
  • New Business

We are seeking a Property Manager who is happy to work outside of the typical "suburbia property agency". Depending on experience, our Client offers a commencing salary of $80k + super + use of company car!

Skills & Experience
To be eligible for the role, applicants must possess the following:
  • Current VIC Drivers License
  • Current Agents Rep and upto date knowledge of the legislation 
  • Computer Literate with Agent Plus, Inspect Real Estate, IAgree, PDOL, One Form 
  • At least 12 months experience running your own portfolio
  • Or an Assistant Property Manager with at least 2+ years experience assisting a Property Manager and ready to move up to their own portfolio in 2-3 months.
