This is a super exciting role for a Senior Property Manager which will see you working within a team who are driven and dedicated to providing an outstanding client service experience to clientele of the Mornington Peninsula. 

This role is unique as our clients understand the importance of work life balance and therefore are happy to offer the ability to work completely remotely with home office setup installed for the successful and flexible hours provided. 

Ongoing industry training, particularly with respect to the update to RTA is supplied on site and remotely regularly, giving you the best support in this role is paramount to our clients.

With a dedicated assistant in place, the Property Management department is structured to allow you the time and space to focus on what they do best – providing exceptional service to clients. Your day to day duties include: 
  • Liaising with landlords and building rapport 
  • Completing outgoing inspections
  • For lease inspections to select renters
  • Maintenance management (with assistant)
  • Lease renewals, upto date knowledge of market trends and rent reviews assessment  
  • Problem solving while leading and guiding your team

The Person

The ideal Property Manager will be eager to learn, passionate about a long-term career in real estate and must have.
  • Previous real estate experience of 3+ or more years
  • PropertyMe & IRE is advantageous 
  • Current Vic Certificate of Registration and drivers license 
  • Clean and well maintained reliable vehicle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
