About the role
 
With a strong background in Occupational Therapy (Adult Rehabilitation), you will have the opportunity share your knowledge, skills and experience with the wider team and lead a variety of key projects within the broader business. A day in the life may include:
  • Providing clinical supervision to direct reports through team meetings, fortnightly 1:1 meeting and regular shadowing and observation sessions.  
  • Managing the clinical placement of work experience, university students and/ or acting as a mentor to our Graduate Therapists.
  • Leading Discipline specific professional development sessions and discussions to ensure best practice outcomes at every level of the business.
  • Presenting and actively participating in Management Team discussions and company wide planning days. Our Management team is made up of Senior Clinicians and professionals in their fields, providing you with wealth of support across clinical, operations, financial and people.  
  • Accountability for your own individual clinical caseload (proportionate), allowing you to still fulfil your passion. This work is undertaken in clinic, within the community and other service delivery models including telehealth and group sessions.

Ideally you will have 4+ years of strong clinical experience and exposure within a multidisciplinary setting.
Certifications and clearances required:
  • Current and full registration with AHPRA.
  • Current driver's licence and own car.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current NSW Police Clearance.
