Facility Manager opportunity available within 5-10km from Brisbane CBD for a stunning medium sized aged care facility. 

About the role
The provider requires an experienced senior manager with strong leadership qualities and an understanding of the importance and the steps to deliver the highest quality care.
  • Manage a Multidisciplinary team
  • Continually improve all aspects of care, education & staff development
  • Strategic planning & financial management
  • WHS Management and Quality assurance

Key requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Facilities Manager in an aged care facility 
  • RN and AHPRA registration
  • Ability to Demonstrate organisation, time management and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to delegate to others, mentor staff, monitor progress and work as part of a team
  • Extensive knowledge ACFI and up to date legislative requirements
  • Attractive renumeration ($150k - $170k+) & future opportunities to progress as the company grows further
