We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work alongside one of Australia's leading entrepreneurs.
Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and well presented Business Development Manager or sales leader to assist in acquiring new clients in the Service, Franchising, Health, Wellness, Fitness, Beauty & Spa industries. You will report to the director and be inspired by his leadership and business acumen.
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- Work remotely and unsupervised
- Have a direct understanding of business and strategy
- Have good communication skills and be convincing of their recommendations to clients
- Manage the company CRM and client engagement platform and ensure its consistency and reliability
- Source new and independent leads that fit the client profile and retainer budgets of the company
- Be prepared to travel if directed to do so
- Secure clients that are for project-based work or ongoing retainer work, with a core focus on retainer-based work of 3 months minimum
- You will be highly motivated and driven for success
