At Only About Children (Oac) we like to do things a little differently. Our unique child led curriculum is part of our holistic approach which includes programs designed in house for music, language, drama, active and sustainability.
We have seasonal healthy menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs each day and an in-house Health team including speech pathologists and occupational therapists who can work directly with children, Educators and families where any developmental delays or issues can be supported.

We have a Early Child Educator opportunity available in our 96 place Rhodes campus.
Oac Rhodes campus is conveniently located within the Rhodes Business park and offers state of the art learning facilities for nursery, toddler and preschool aged children. The teams have access to our unique educational curriculum, Oac Grow, with a dedicated school readiness program led by a tertiary qualified teacher.
Join bilingual team speaking many dialects including Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Spanish and Hindi which assists in helping families feel comfortable transitioning into the service.

How can you support us?
We understand that educating young children is complex and requires ongoing qualifications and professional development. We ensure all our team members are appropriately skilled and qualified to develop and educate young minds. For this position, we are looking for:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent approved teaching qualifications (or studying towards)
- Certificate III in Children's Services (or studying towards)
- A creative and cooperative team person
- Committed to excellence in early childhood education and care
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
