About Oac

At Only About Children (Oac) we like to do things a little differently. Our unique child led curriculum is part of our holistic approach which includes programs designed in house for music, language, drama, active and sustainability. We have seasonal healthy menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs each day and an in-house Health team including speech pathologists and occupational therapists who can work directly with children, Educators and families where any developmental delays or issues can be supported.

Our team of educators are critical in making sure we continue to go above and beyond for our children and their families, so you can imagine that our early learning careers are equally exciting, rewarding, and challenging.  

The role & campus
We are looking for Diploma qualified educators to support our campuses in Northern Sydney:

Locations available in:
  • St Ives Link Road
  • Mona Vale
  • Warriewood
  • Warriewood West
  • Brookvale

Our campuses feature a unique interior, with light, airy rooms for inspiring indoor play. Our large outdoor areas feature shady trees, vegetable and herb gardens as well as mud play stations so the children are never short of exciting simulation. Children can enjoy the natural environments and develop a disposition for the outdoors, for physical activity, and for care of the environment.

  • Diploma in Children's Services/Early Childhood
  • A Working With Children Check 
  • A creative and cooperative team player 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Commitment to excellence in early childhood
