How you support Us?

We understand that educating young children is complex and requires ongoing qualifications and professional development. We ensure all our team members are appropriately skilled and qualified to develop and educate young minds. For this position, we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent approved teaching qualifications
  • A Working With Children Check and VIT registration
  • Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
  • Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF 
  • Inspiring the programs in the Preschool room & supporting a team of highly experienced educators. We work in small group learning environments and provide off-the-floor programming time.
