Job Title: HR- Recruitment Officer:  

About Us: Sublime Care is an exciting new registered NDIS service provider, offering a range of disability services throughout the Northern and Western Suburbs in Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Lower Hunter and Upper Hunter areas of NSW.
Our supports are tailored to assist you to live safely and comfortably at home and to actively enjoy your local community.
Our services are person centered, holistic and respond to the needs and goals of our participants, their families and carers. We listen to you, and in partnership with you, we develop tailored programs and supports that ensure that you receive the type of supports you want, where you want them and when you want them.

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise support staff on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Minimum two years demonstrated experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role.
  • Willingness to adopt and affirm Sublime Care’s Mission, Vision and Values and enthusiastically advocate these values in the daily performance of your role.
  • Highly proficient in using technology and IT Software
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Seek, Indeed, Jora etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
