Your key responsibilities include:
  • Drive retention and growth of revenue from client events and marketplaces by providing high-touch, strategic account management and support
  • Proactively research, approach and secure new fundraising sporting events and industry prospects as new business opportunities
  • Lead on innovation by testing and implementing strategies to drive higher fundraising outcomes within relevant client events and marketplaces.
  • Develop and cultivate positive relationships with senior level stakeholders within client accounts
  • Retain client relationships to ensure security of customer and business revenue
  • Monitor key event/campaign fundraising performance metrics and proactively look for ways to ensure growth
  • Gain deep understanding of peer-to-peer fundraising strategy, ensuring the delivery of valuable strategic and commercial advice to event and industry clients

  • You are an accomplished and pragmatic senior-level commercial account manager with a track record of success in retaining and growing key partnerships.
  • You are able to demonstrate success in establishing, securing and developing a pipeline of new client relationships that align to business goals
  • You are commercially focused, business savvy and results oriented, with a strong customer service ethic and strong negotiation skills
  • You are comfortable presenting complex solutions and ideas to stakeholders from various backgrounds
  • You are innovative and curious which drives you to identify new ways to engage partners and achieve outcomes
