About the Role

Reporting to the HR Project Lead and forming a crucial part of the project team you will provide much needed support across people matters and processes relating to the HRP system implementation. You will;
  • Support the HR Project Lead with the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans, schedules, resources and requirements.
  • Undertake project tasks as needed to contribute and work towards overall project outcomes.
  • Assist in system development and implementation.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity throughout the implementation process.
  • Provide further adhoc support to the broader project team as required.
  
About You
  • Qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience across HR and Payroll processes.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes and creating strong outcomes for the business.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast past, dynamic project environment.
  
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-profile project team and support the delivery of a leading HRP system. This is an initial temporary 12 month contract opportunity with the potential to extend.
