Our well known CBD based client is looking for an Indigenous Talent and Development Program Manager to manage their Perth Graduate and Diversity and Inclusion programs. 


Key Objectives

  • Collaborate and co-create with BU’s to design, Implement, monitor and administer the Perth Graduate Program ensuring appropriate support and development mechanisms are in place to deliver a best practice high quality program for graduates.
  • 2020 Collaborate and co-create with GBU and the entry level coordinator to ensure the Muja Graduate program is redesigned appropriate support and development mechanisms are in place to deliver a best practice high quality program for graduates.
  • Support and assist with the development of The clients Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Co-create and manage diversity and inclusion initiatives
  
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  
  • Design and Develop a best practice graduate & customer focused Perth Graduates Program including supporting process and procedure and graduate support guidelines, alumni etc
  • Implement, maintain, monitor and continuously improve Perth Graduate Program
  • Co-create, develop and Implement the clients Diversity and Inclusion Programs aligned to D&I strategy
  • Responsible for advertising and recruitment of Graduates
  • Branding of Graduate Program
  • Raising awareness of our diversity program at Universities
  • Responsible for outcomes of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
  • Provide support to T&D projects and initiatives as required

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Requirement Essential Preferred Education/Qualifications Professions with deep experience in Graduate Programs

Experience in:

  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Learning and Development principles including 70:20:10 & Adult Learning Principles
