2020 has been a hard slog, there is no doubt in that. One thing I’ve definitely learnt is you’ve really got to enjoy what you do! An Aussie founded, family-run business these guys are passionate about making our hospo, retail & work crews look good! To put this into numbers (I like numbers…) these guys dress over 25,000 crews across 80 countries. 
As the industry (and the world for that matter) returns to the new “normal”, Cargo Crew is cooking on all burners… with some really exciting developments (including the likes of Mr. Curtis Stone and 100% locally made and sourced range) that have already made a significant impact to the market. We’re working with them again to add even more firepower to their Customer Service team, looking for a human who has a real “fire in the belly” in delivering customer value add, a self-starter passionate about generating growth within an established customer base.
Working amongst a pretty amazing crew, we are looking for an energetic human being who will proactively seek and develop Cross-sell / Upsell opportunities for growth within the existing client base. This is not simply a “would you like fries” with your burger approach, the Cargo Crew team have built a strong and dynamic client base; we need someone who can work collaboratively and strategically with the Client Services Team, helping them realise greater value from everyday transactions.

  • Are eagerly able to chat through some of your experiences (good + bad) in delivering to sales targets (what did you do to shift the dial / make a smile);
  • Can provide examples, share experience and demonstrate a desire to grow revenue and uncover new opportunities within a client base 
  • Understanding of, or exposure to uniform, fashion industry or the like.
  • Possess credibility; developing influencing skills, strong communication (written & oral) and time/workload management skills; 
  • An eye and passion for quality, style, design and customer service.
  • Can talk to us about why you love what you do.
  • Able to take initiative. You get things done. 
Based within a shiny new (quite stunning to honest) industrial warehouse in the Northern Suburbs, there is a real positive, encouraging vibe to this team, who have had great success and a really exciting future ahead. As a business they are true to their mission in delivering design-led / ethical uniforms to work crews across the globe, and to be frank they are pretty dam good at it!
