The Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Facilitate the growth of the business by:
    • Creating customer value through effective account management
    • Providing logistical and field support for tyre sales and service
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities
  • Proactive planning
  • Meet branch key objectives and goals such as sales targets
  • Meet customer service performance measures
  • Customer retention
  • New customer acquisition
  • Obtaining market and customer intelligence

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • An account management background, or an “on-the-tools” background with an interest in moving into sales and customer service
  • An interest in on-going learning and professional development
  • Competency across the Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Superb time management skills
  • A flair for customer service and building genuine and authentic relationships
  • The ability/flexibility to travel to remote and regional areas on a regular basis – both planned visits and impromptu depending on customer’s requirements
