Our client is a premium boutique builder who specialises in designing and building luxury homes across Perth, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their already successful team.

Duties will include:
  • Ensuring the profitability for each project is maximised
  • On time project delivery
  • Assisting the Project Supervisor to ensure efficient management of materials and labour
  • Accurate recording, costing and invoicing of client variations and claims
  • Monthly Project Management reporting
  • Scheduling of labour and materials to site
  • Subcontract agreement preparation and administration
  • Preparation of handover documentation
Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a scheduling role
  • Experience in the residential building industry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced computer and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously, demonstrate initiative and manage multiple concurrent tasks which have conflicting priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills
