About you
Excited about continuing your career as a corporate lawyer, you are passionate about corporate and commercial work and everything it encompasses.  With a natural drive to take ownership of your matters and at least two years' experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, you will have been involved in a range of corporate transactions, especially with M&A and private equity transactions. You will be self-motivated but work well in a team, have a strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, able to handle a varied workload, have strong time management skills and possess strong technical and drafting skills. 

Your role

Working closely with partners who are leaders in their field, this role will see you working on a broad range of matters encompassing:
  • mergers & acquisitions
  • capital raisings
  • private equity investment/divestment
  • joint ventures
  • corporate restructures
  • corporate governance
  • general corporate and commercial advice
You will interact with clients directly and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts with access to Partners in an open and collaborative working environment.  The group is welcoming and inclusive and you will be joining a high performing team who values everyone's contribution. The firm is committed to developing our staff and our senior practitioners have a genuine interest in mentoring our lawyers to become trusted advisors to our clients.
