We are seeking a motivated and high performing individual to support our Surveillance team. As the Investigations Assistant you will work closely with our Surveillance Team Managers and operatives in the preparation of formal surveillance reports and documents for our clients. Daily responsibilities include reviewing operative field notes, preparing/writing surveillance reports, auditing agent expenses & time sheets, desktop research and enquiries and liaison with investigators, clients and managers. Other general office administration duties will also be performed including email & phone responsibilities, accounts payable processes and ad-hoc duties.

About you:
  
You must possess the following key attributes:  
  • Proven administration/secretarial experience (1-2 years).
  • An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Great customer focus and dedication.
  • A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
