Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead our growing NSW state and team.  This position is an ideal fit for an experienced rehab professional who is motivated and driven and would enjoy working as part of an extremely supportive wider national management team.
 
Reporting to the National Executive Manager, the purpose of the role is to:
  1. Establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan, working closely with our executive team.
  2. Drive operational performance deliverables for NSW, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement
  3. Act as lead point of contact for our NSW Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.   
  4. Oversee the NSW management team’s day-to-day service delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
  5. People management and development responsibility for our NSW management team.  
  6. Partner with national and state resources in customising and maximising efficiency and innovation in service delivery processes, supporting capability for growth.
  7. Drive innovation in our service lines and new products for NSW customers.
You will be part of a growing, dynamic and successful team, with a very positive team culture. The primary focus of this role is operational delivery for our Workers Compensation customers.
 
This is a full-time role based in our Alexandria Head Office.

About you (please address in cover letter):
  • Mandatory; Allied Health background – OT/EP/PT/Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with at least 5 yrs workplace rehabilitation experience;
  • Mandatory; +3 years people management experience in a NSW rehab or industry related business;
  • Strong, current NSW Workers Compensation legislation knowledge;
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes performance;
  • Commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team and business;
  • Passion for delivering growth through building sustainable new partnerships; and:
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
