This role is an integral part of the company. You will come from a similar role and ideally will have experience in casualty, property or financial lines claims management.

We are looking for the right candidates to assist us with the growth of the claims division of our business, building on a number of opportunities available in the market, whilst maintaining our best practice claims handling procedures.
You will:
  • Manage your own portfolio of claims (i.e. determining coverage, establishing reserves, liaising with brokers/clients/defence counsel, implementing settlement strategies to resolve claim disputes);
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in order to ensure seamless delivery of service;
  • Foster positive relationships both internally and externally to improve business profitability;
  • Accountable for the on-going development and implementation of claims initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements and client reporting requirements;
  • Assisting in business development opportunities.
About you:
  • Prior relevant experience in liability claims handling or legal work;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well developed negotiation skills;
  • Proven ability to deliver a high standard of service;
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
We believe in support, autonomy, flexibility & rewarding performance. If you want to make a real difference, love a fast-paced environment and have a key focus on quality and outcomes, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you. This is also an opportunity to join our company at a key growth time with ongoing opportunities for progression.
