We are seeking a Rehabilitation Performance Manager to lead our NSW Injury Management and Rehabilitation performance.  The purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of quality service and performance across our NSW rehabilitation and injury management services, specifically workers compensation.
This is a non billable role and we are seeking an outstanding performance full time.
This position is an ideal fit for an experienced individual who is motivated and driven and would enjoy working on national opportunities and assisting us in building our business across the state.
Position purpose:
  • Drive improved performance & quality rehabilitation services delivery;
  • Provide Strategic & Technical advice;
  • Develop Rehabilitation Consultant competencies & strategies to achieve outcomes;
  • Drive best practice rehabilitation in line with HWCA Nationally Consistent Approval Framework for Workplace Rehabilitation Providers;
  • Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;
  • Work effectively as part of a national team, with both internal and external key stakeholders.

About you (please address in cover letter):
  • Preferred: Allied Health background – OT/EP/PT/Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor;
  • Mandatory: 5 years NSW Workers Compensation industry experience including 3 years in a technical specialist role;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team and business;
  • Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach; and
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
