You will be recruiting people into organisations that enhance and save lives. If that isn’t enough for you, then from a job security standpoint – you will become an expert in a multi-billion-dollar industry that is growing year on year. 
 
You will be dealing with interesting, and broad-ranging positions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, animal health, and scientific industries.

This opportunity will see you join an established team that focuses on the recruitment of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Scientific professionals. It will be challenging, interesting, rewarding, and will be well suited to someone who has a real thirst for learning.
  • Bonus on ALL billings plus accelerated scheme and additional kickers
  • Additional leave every month based on (achievable) billings (up to 24 days additional leave per year)
  • Completely flexible working conditions (most of the team come in a day or two a week, but that will be up to you to manage).

They would love to hire someone with Scientific experience, or with a scientific degree. Alternatively, experience recruiting technical roles will be an advantage.

You will be given all the tools, coaching, and structure required to be successful. Following best practice is important, but you also need to have an inquisitive mindset and the personality to challenge the status quo and suggest improvement when appropriate.
