BRP sells via a dealer network, this role will suit someone with customer service experience within a manufacture, a B2B environment, or with a premium or technical product.

Your manager will give you all the support and guidance required to be successful but will also give you as much autonomy as required. You will be fully supported. You will have fun!
This role is a central support role for both our Dealerships (our customers) and also our Sales Team.

This is a team that builds relationships. It is a role that requires a true service mindset, whilst also keeping a sales focus. 


Provide Dealer Support
  • Provide product/services information and follow up on all administrative aspects.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Review your Net Promoter Scoring and determine ways to improve dealer relations
  • Attend dealership visits with Sales Rep to gain a deeper understanding of Dealer reality and build relationships with key dealers.
  • Call dealers to complete random and scheduled health checks to ensure all is well, identifying irritants before they are issues
Provides Sales Support
  • Make regular (daily) contact with the Sales Representatives
  • Follow up on outstanding dealer orders and process ad hoc requests
  • Provide pricing, availability and unit specifications upon request
Order Entry
  • Input or review orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner in line with defined strategies & policies
  • Monitor, follow-up and release shipments.
  • Ensure efficient and pro-active follow-ups on internal team requests (Sales, After Sales, Marketing, etc.)
  • Create and update workflow so that business knowledge is stored and easily accessible.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Able to quickly build rapport with stakeholders – by phone, by email and in person
  • Says ‘no,’ or raises concerns when something is not quite right. Identifies ways of ‘doing it better.’
  • Confident with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with SAP is ideal but not a requirement
  • Experience with Salesforce or Netsuite is ideal but not a requirement

Powersports, automotive, motorcycles, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, premium / luxury fashion, beauty or cosmetics.

Retail / Business to Business preferred.
