This company is a leader in the orthopaedics and the medical devices industry. Due to growth, we are currently recruiting a Territory Sales role leading in orthopaedics for Victoria, including metropolitan areas.  They have an excellent training program, career development opportunities, inspiring managers and great team culture.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • growing sales of your portfolio within your accounts 
  • analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • develop and implement strategic approaches to grow your accounts
  • engage with key surgeons and ensure confidence in your brand
  • support clinical cases 
  • provide outstanding customer service 
  • coach and support clinical stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
  • a proven track record in orthopaedic medical devices sales
  • strong commercial acumen
  • excellent relationship building skills
  • strong technical aptitude
  • passion for winning and an excellent team player 
This company is a well established, global business whose portfolio expands across multiple orthopaedic specialties as well as other closely aligned medical areas. They have a strong portfolio of highly innovative products along with an extensive pipeline. It’s a truly exciting time as they expand their orthopaedic portfolio and their team!

Due to growth within the business, they are searching for an experienced sales professional with a background in orthopaedics to lead the portfolio into the VIC hospital accounts and to join their high performing national team. This is private market focussed, with planned procedures and minimal/if any on-call requirement. Start dates are negotiable to fit end of year bonuses.
