3 Month Contract opportunity for Admin Assistant for large manufacturer and supplier. Immediate start. Must start Friday June 19th. $30 per hour!

My client are an international leader of specialised manufacturing, service and repair to the mining sector. They are currently seeking Administrator Assistant to assist through a busy period for the Sales and Marketing Department. The company has an office of around 50 staff and an on-site workshop of around 30. You will be working in a small team supporting the Sales and Marketing Department with predominantly sales, purchasing and business development related documentation. 
Your main duties will include:
  • Processing of sales orders and assisting business development team
  • Data entry and set up of new suppliers and job cards
  • Updating and sending out contractual documents
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager with tenders and all other administrative duties for the proposals team
  • Assisting Accounts with various reports as required
 Experience required:
  • 3 years + experience in a similar level position, ideally within Manufacturing, Workshop or a similar environment
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of PC Literacy and good attention to detail
The company is based in Henderson with ample on site transport and working in an excellent supportive team environment within a growing company.
The role is Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, rate is $30 per hour + super and needing this person to start on Friday 19th June. The role will start on an initial 10 week contract, with the potential for an extension.
