Administrative role with a focus on assisting in site mobilisations

Our client is a leading heavy equipment contractor predominately servicing the mining sector. This company has been operating for over 25 years and has branches all over Australia. Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team.
  
The Role
This position will see you providing HR support including assisting with mobilisation (booking flights and accommodation), organising medicals and training, assisting with inductions, and other miscellaneous tasks. 

Requirements 
  • Minimum of 1 solid year of Administrative experience, ideally within a similar position.
  • Experience with mobilisation within the mining industry.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Adaptability to new environments with the flexibility to perform ad hoc tasks.
  • Current Drivers Licence (Essential).
  • Police Clearance or willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test (required for role).

Details
  
Location: Guildford WA 
Rate of Pay: $31 - 38/hr + Super (depending on your experience) 
Roster: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3.30 PM.  
Contract: Casual to Permanent
